And now—by popular demand—we’re opening the doors to our knitting retreat for a very special afternoon event, just for the local archipelago community and visiting yarn lovers alike!
Step into the welcoming atmosphere of Hotel Nestor on Saturday, May 10th, from 3 to 5 PM, where the beauty of the archipelago meets the cozy world of yarn and stitches.
We’re thrilled to host a pop-up shop featuring the hand-dyed yarns of Säie Wool and the curated selection of knitting tools and accessories from knits.fi. Whether you're an experienced knitter, a curious beginner, or simply love beautiful things—you’re invited to browse, touch, and get inspired.
While you're here, treat yourself to Hotel Nestor’s delicious afternoon coffee offering:
🍰 Freshly baked warm rhubarb pie
🍦 Homemade vanilla ice cream
🍓 Strawberry sorbet
All for just 9,50€, served in the peaceful setting of the Korpo countryside.
This event is part of the Knittingadventures Retreat, hosted by Tanja and Marina—and now open for the wider community to enjoy. It’s a lovely excuse for locals to visit Hotel Nestor for a relaxing afternoon, and for guests coming from further away, a scenic day trip to Korpo well worth the journey.
